Ben Avery has imposed new fees and costs on all who use the facility effective July 1. The Board has developed a new match fee schedule, a new budget and other policy changes to minimize the impact of these costs on our membership. The 2021 fees, budget and other changes may be found HERE.

It is only fair in order to keep this game going. I applaud the Board for creating a solution to the problem. 😐

Some tough decisions had to be made.  The new fee structure imposed by Ben Avery drastically impacts costs.  Thanks to the board for making sure ACSA remains solvent.

Don't waste money on engraved badges for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.  Just my opinion.

If this Covid-19 stuff continues and Ben Avery makes it impossible for us to shoot for the rest of the year, 1. Will we get a credit for membership fee paid for 2020?

2. Why would we have a banquet?

There is no plan to not shoot the rest of the year or to refund membership fees.  We are month-to-month as the situation keeps changing.  The board has started the preliminary work on the banquet as it would be unfair to the new board to have them taking over in the fall with nothing organized in the event we do have a banquet. We all very much want to return to "normal"  but there are a lot of things beyond our control.  The board is, has been and will continue to consider multiple possibilities and re-evaluate what the best way forward is both short and long term.  It's not a good situation and we know it's disconcerting to the members.  We are aware of that and doing what we can in this difficult situation to get the club through this craziness in the best way we can manage.  If any member has specific questions or just wants to talk through some of this, please feel free to contact me.
