Just received the news from Kenny Red, that Celtic Rover passed away on Saturday.
Dale Brandon (aka Celtic Rover) passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 7, 2021, at about 3 pm,
from complications resulting from congestive heart failure. Details of services and interment will be provided when available.
