Dear ACSA Member,

Ben Avery is allowing us to shoot based on adherence to certain guidelines. We have approval to exceed the group limit of 10 people based on adherence to the Ben Avery range guidelines.

The June match is limited to 45 people max (3 posses of 15). At this time of year that many shooters are unlikely, but we will have to stop registration if the limit is reached.

Please bring your own PPE to use at your discretion if/as needed throughout the day. (face covering, gloves, hand sanitizer, etc). You will also need water, snacks and a pen. ACSA will provide additional wipes and sanitizer at each bay. The water jugs will not be on the bays. Please do not put out things to sell. Scorekeepers will use tablets and paper score sheet for backup but will not do individual cards. No spotting sticks will be used. Each TO will have a timer for their use all day. No awards after the match, scores will be posted on the website.

The usual congregation of shooters at registration will require changes and patience to keep us within the Ben Avery guidelines.

3. We need to limit shared touching of objects wherever possible

4. Limit of 15 people on a posse

Registration:

New registration form with waiver addition as recommended by SASS is posted on ACSA website and included as attachment in email. You must use this NEW registration and waiver beginning with the June match. The category you put on the form is your category for this match.

Registration will open at 6:45 as we expect it to take longer. Every effort will be made to posse you with your friends but changes may need to be made to stay within the guidelines. If/when registration reaches 31 shooters; we have to divide into 3 smaller posses. To help speed up computer and tablet activity needed after registration to start the match, please register FIRST, then go to posse sign up. Please stay 6 feet back from the person ahead of you. We will have 2 lines with 2 volunteers working the registration table.

Sep 1. Register for the Match:

1. Download, print, fill out and sign the form PRIOR to the match. Bring it with you.

2. Posse assignment does not happen at registration table. Leave it blank.

3. Two lines 6 feet apart will form at registration table

4. Paper check instead of cash would be greatly appreciated. Cash in exact amount is second best.

5. Take a scorecard from the box if you want to record your scores.

Step 2. Posse Sign Up:

1. Posse table will have one line

2. Tell the volunteer at the table which posse you want and your name will be added by the volunteer

3. Posse size is limited to 15 people, changes may be needed depending on the final number of shooters

Once you are signed up, please spread out away from the tables and each other to allow space for the rest of the shooters to sign in. The flag salute and safety briefing will be done in each bay by the Posse Marshal.
